Greek salad was fantastic, green peppers gave it a very earthy taste, the cucumber gave it a real spring, the feta cheese and the olive oil, brought the Mediterranean flavor your looking for, and the green olives and red tomatoes gave it a real rich flavor, and very comforting mouth feel The lamb kabobs were outrageous, the rich taste of the lamb, and that smokey infused flavor brought it together perfect!!! The saffron rice was scrumptious, no other word worked, for how good it was!!! Finally the hummus, I saved the best for last!! Ahhh man so good, and rich, with their homemade pita bread, soft spongy, just added to that rich flavor, just fantastic!!!
